<span [data-type=character]>Priss also actually sounds the same (at least from the little she's said so far) which came as a real shock to me, but it's a pleasant kind of shock. Most of the character designs were changed, but <span [data-type=character]>Priss still looks mostly the same (<span [data-type=character]>Linna kinda looks the same too, just with less hair volume). <span [data-type=character]>Nene and <span [data-type=character]>Sylia look radically different, though <span [data-type=character]>Nene still seems to act the same. <span [data-type=character]>Priss also actually sounds the same (at least from the little she's said so far) which came as a real shock to me, but it's a pleasant kind of shock. +I've watched a little more (I'm about halfway done), so I feel like I should do a small update. The show is better overall than Bubblegum Crisis, though I'm finding it hard to stay invested just as before. That lack of investment is slowly approaching the point where I feel like dropping it, though I don't think I will.\\
+I mentioned about that some character designs are different and this kinda applies to personalities too. Sylia is the most radically different one, with it being clear that she's mentally unstable.
+
+It also seems that TOKYO2040 leans into something pretty nice...which is that the villains are figuring out who the Knight Sabers are simply by investigating the technology. Once they decide to do it, it happens surprisingly fast.
