 Note: I'll edit this article in the future to actually include specific examples, which I previously excluded for what I considered a good reason, but which is now bad. However, coming up with examples off-by-heart is kinda hard for me, so I'll be going through my family's DVD collection and adding the examples as I go through them. However, it may have originated much earlier, in the 1920s or 1930s, as a continuation of Czech folktales.    * It would be interesting to see someone from the West or Japan attempt to write a Czech Fantasy story. I will not be that someone...at least not yet.
   * Czech Fantasy actually has an Urban Fantasy sub-genre, which is one of the strangest flavors of Urban Fantasy that I've had the pleasure of witnessing. I believe it's existed since the 60s - meaning it's likely as old as Czech Fantasy itself - and it's even got a TV franchise under its belt. Describing it is quite difficult, however, which is why I'm limiting it to a piece of trivia.
