 I'm just noting this quickly, but in the second game it's stated that she looks like she's in her early twenties...despite her presumably being 28 at this point. Aya explicitly states this is because the Mitochondria prefer a younger, healthier host.
+Though I'm not very far in Parasite Eve II, there is one character who doesn't really take her seriously when he sees her. And I think that might be because she looks a lot younger than she is. Aya says that she looks to be in her early twenties, but other characters might perceive her as even younger. It's also the case that, well...Aya is a little meek and shy and has a tendency to get flustered.
