-I discovered his channel through [[lb:the.4th.snake]]...though I can’t remember if it was the [[playground:silent.hill|Silent Hill]] analysis videos or his [[lb:resident.evil|Resident Evil]] 6 video. I'm suspecting it was the former.\\  Overall, I think his videos are decent, since he doesn't conflate opinion with fact //too// much, in my experience...and, well, I find his videos mildly entertaining.\\  There are cases where I'm stuck going ? due to the things he says. He released a video on the Silent Hill 2 Remake where he was talking about how remakes are bad basically...but just a bit before, he had released a review of the Resident Evil 4 Remake where he was mostly positive. Now, I don't know //too// much about this subject, but this is obviously weird. RE4 Remake was generally considered ‘more bad’ than the SH2 Remake, but he only complains in the latter case? His arguments in the SH2 Remake video can apply to the RE4 Remake, which just makes it more perplexing.\\  There are also times where I feel his opinion excuses some issues, like in the [[lb:jak|Jak & Daxter]] retrospective, where I feel he gives the later games too much of a pass for diverging just because he personally likes it more.\\  On the other hand, I admire the fact he actually goes out of his way to buy the original game to play it on original hardware. And the //OverBlood// story arc is just excellent. If nothing else, you should watch his three //OverBlood// videos.
