+It seems like Canva forgot that what granted the Affinity suite a large amount of its value was the fact you could pay a one-time price to own the software forever. Now, though, it's effectively the same as a subscription service, which destroyed its value.

 I'll continue using the Affinity 2 lineup, but only until I find something suitable to replace them with. Which, of course, I want a one-time payment for: not open-source and not subscription-based.
