 So far I've only watched the anime, but I plan to read the manga at some point in the near future.

 However, I can’t comment //that// much on the story since I watched it raw in Japanese, so I didn't always get the nuance or details of what was going on (still being in the process of learning Japanese). That said, it was able to maintain my attention and I could still understand what was up.
