Tabletop Games
Tabletop games, and board games, are games that are played in real life, typically on a table with friends.A).
On this wiki, the term is used to refer to everything from card games, to board games, to tabletop RPGs.
For video games, I recommend going to Games instead.

- 1d4chan is kill, long live 1d6chan!
- A board spun-off from 4chanās /tg/ ā Traditional Games board, with a lot of information on tabletop-related subjects (particularly Warhammer 40K). 1d6chan is also one of my favorite websites online and is the main reason Iām interested in tabletop gaming.B)
- Itās a continuation from 1d4chan, which died roughly a year ago for mysterious reasons,C) created by their editors. I was so happy to discover 1d6chan that it currently accounts for 1/3 of all the tabs I have open in my browser.
- I may end up creating a dedicate article for it at some point.
- My one issue is the faux-neutrality and fence sitting that occurs on political topics. I donāt want more of it there, but whatās there is a bit annoying to put it lightly, as there seems to be some disproportionate favoritism towards a specific ideology while having no such guard-rails for the other one. For example, the SJW article automatically redirects towards that guy while no such redirect exists for /pol/ (as an example). Iām guessing itās like this due to influence from TVTropes.
- Iām assuming this will change at some point in the (hopefully near) future, though Iāll note that it only mildly annoys me. This subtle favoritism does occasionally manifest.

Friends are, of course, optional.

1d4chan is also probably responsible for getting me into the Chanverse, although thatās a big āmaybeā, since I donāt remember. I do think I stumbled upon it before I got interested in the Chanverse, but whether it was a direct cause of me getting into it I just canāt remember.
C)
I donāt want to bother checking the when right now.
