+**Queen Azshara** ([[lb:English-7|E7]]:Azhara) is the Queen of the [[lb:wc:naga|Naga]] and basically their demigod.\\  I like the sound of her name (same with [[lb:wc:alexstrasza|Alexstrasza]]). When younger, I liked repeating it and I'd put it into my little stories occasionally.((:fn:>Not as the bad guy, I should note.))\\  I actually really like her current design, as it's pretty damn cool looking (also //hot// (also **not** a scalie)).

+===== Tyrant? =====
+Something that's interesting to note about Azshara is that she's never explicitly stated to be a tyrant. She is mean to non-elves, but appears to have never treated her own people poorly. In fact, her accepting N'zoth's pact((:fn:>Well...in the non-N'zoth version this just isn't a thing, so...)) could be interpreted selflessly (saving her people) rather than selfishly (her gaining more power). Even after becoming a Naga, she doesn't appear to be a tyrannical ruler: hell, the Naga revere her as their goddess.\\  Of course, it's a bit ambiguous as to how the Naga government and Empire actually work...though it is interesting that she isn't considered a tyrant.
