This is an adaptation of Parasite Eve for the new World of Darkness.

I went through it once, but I think I should look at it again, because I don’t remember that much.

Why is this random fan-made supplement relevant? Because, without it, I probably wouldn’t have played Parasite Eve as recently as I have.

Personally? Not super impressed. I think it’s a valiant effort, but one I would have done differently.

My biggest problem is that player characters can be a form of NMH that isn’t ‘activated’ (like Aya) but instead the result of an ‘infection’. Basically: were-NMCs. I’m not a fan of this, because it has no backing in the lore at all. I’d rather that most players be either regular people or Mitochondrial like Aya.
Lore-wise this may be difficult to justify, though I think solutions definitely exist.

I otherwise don’t actually have much else to say about it.

I downloaded it because I thought it was odd for a Parasite Eve supplement to exist. Then, while reading it, I got curious about Parasite Eve, so I decided to play it. Now that I’ve played the first two games, I might read it again…I mean, I don’t think I finished it the first time.
