となりの関(せき)くん(Tonari no Seki-kun) is a story about a girl named Rumi who spends a lot of her time in school observing her class tonari Seki-kun’s unusual ways of passing time during classes.

It’s cute, short and simple. There isn’t an over-arching plot and nothing too deep happens, but it’s good for relaxation.
