‘Element’ is a catch-all term to refer to basically…everything within a story. Scenery, characters, plot devices and so on.
This page is mostly to collect the elements that I’ve explicitly named…which means I’m only linking to characters for now.
It should be kept in mind that every element is itself an expression of setup/payoff.
