寿(ことぶき)蘭(らん) is the main character of Super Gals! and a 白ギャル of an unclear type.^A) She mostly hangs around Shibuya, where she’s effectively the Queen.

Besides being a gyaru, Kotobuki is also from a family of police. Her dad is a police chief, her mom is a policewoman, her older brother is stationed at a police box and her younger sister wants to be a detective. Ran herself appears uninterested in joining the police though. This is mainly because she’ll:

• No longer get to dye her hair.
• Wear accessories.
• Dress however she wants.

So it’s a lose-lose situation in her mind.

She had terrible luck with guys at first, but eventually starts dating Tatsukichi.
