Alexstrasza (E7:Alexstraza) is the Queen of the Dragons and the leader of the Red Dragonflight. I would totally do her.
Her design was changed later and her newer design is inferior, despite the older one not being that great in the first place.

Alexstrasza was originally the Queen of the Dragons. That is…all of them. She was later retconned into being the Queen of the Red Dragonflight…though she technically still rules over all the dragons? It’s kinda weird.
She is also one of the nicest characters in Warcraft and, possibly, one of the most consistent characterization-wise. That said, the modern writers seem to have forgotten she still ate her Orc captors.

Now let’s get into something that infuriates me: Alexstrasza’s new (visage) design is pretty bad. It diverges from the original - which I would argue is iconic - waaaay too much.
Something that bothers me, but which doesn’t bother me as much as the rest is the fact it shows less skin. The new design shows less skin. I know why Blizzard did this and, honestly, it’s a pathetic reason for doing it. I’ll leave it at that.
I noted this in the aesthetics section of my ‘Warcraft Issues’ thing, but her new design is far too detailed compared to her older design, which is more reserved (despite more skin). The shoes, in particular, bother me a lot…I even remember getting irrationally angry when I first saw them. I think.
What would have made more sense is if they just went the Sylvanas route, where they simply added to her existing design instead of completely replacing it. Or copying the older Ysera design, which already looked better than Alexstrasza’s old design.
