MyAnimeList or MAL is probably the biggest Anime and Manga tracking website online.

After looking at it again (and especially noticing that their pages reference aniDB) I’ve started considering switching back to MAL as my main tracker. Though I have no particular reason to, as I’m pretty satisfied with AniList right now…and the only advantage I’d gain is a better web interface.

I originally moved away from it (as stated on AniList’s page) because Taiga didn’t support it at the time. Though another separate reason I moved away from MAL had to do with them opening their manga store, which I didn’t like. Nowadays, I don’t mind it at all.

I’ve never used most of the social features, so I don’t really care on that front.
